June Game Night

June Game Night was held at Carolyn's.  Her menu was Shrimp and Rice Casserole, Strawberry-Citrus Salad, Rolls and Turtle Cake (for the birthday girl!).

May Game Night

Debbie Albritton hosted our game night for May.  Her menu was Natchitoches Meat Pies, Salad, and Corn Chowder (?).  We greatly appreciate Debbie providing all the delicious food and drinks for our meal.  Kathy baked the strawberry cake we had for dessert in honor of Debbie White's birthday....very yummy and pretty!

Are these two bored? have toothaches? headaches?  sleepy?  No, they are in deep thought planning their strategy for their next move.  Unfortunately, it did not help since they came in 4th and 5th!

And now to the winner of the game.  Note the above picture.  Does 7 match 5?  No it does not.  But some people...I will not name names (Debbie Watson) made this play.  Is this how she won the game?  No. It is not.  She actually came in 2nd place, but due to the "luck of the draw" she won the MONEY POT!!  This is the SECOND time she has beat the REAL WINNER.....Carolyn.  But that is ok.....Carolyn won the GRAND PRIZE which you will see at the end of these pictures.

April Game Night

Kathy hosted our April Game Night.  She treated us to a wonderful new drink - Moscato Strawberry Lemonade........very, very GOOD (and pretty!).  Kathy also provided lasagna and French bread for our meal.  Carolyn brought salad; Debbie Albritton brought dessert and Debbie Watson brought beverages.  We missed Debbie White and Frances.  Debbie Albritton will host in May.
